Well located airy apartment family friendly lift and 24 hour concierge. In the evening several wonderful restaurants and places to dance. Lots of fun. Near the beach metro do flamengo pertissimo. trade. With wi fi etv cable. wonderful. 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms 1 large living room 1 area accepted pets and children. lovely. Next to the best club is Rio de Janeiro. every sunday there is a handicraft fair in the square of salvador with typical sambinha of carnival. There are several carnival blocks for fun at this time of Feb. and March. Metro very close.

O Apartamento e muito bem localizado próximo dos principais pontos turístico e também a poucos metros do Metrô. Foi otima a estadia !!

Ótima localização, anfitriã prestativa

Gostamos muito da localização, achamos bem seguro, a anfitriã foi super solicita, fácil comunicação. Um dos quartos é bem pequeno, todos os cômodos tem ventilador e achamos melhor do que nas fotos, voltaríamos a alugar.

Excelente custo x benefício

O apartamento é exatamente igual ao anunciado, acomoda 5 pessoas confortavelmente, vale ressaltar a localização excelente, próximo ao metrô, supermercado, farmácia, restaurantes, praia e a outros bairros, o prédio é muito conservado e os porteiros educados e gentis. Fica a sugestão da instalação de um espelho no imóvel, pois só tem o do banheiro.

Apartamento com excelente localização

Atendeu muito bem a meu grupo de amigos, que foi passar uma semana de férias. Como precisávamos de um apoio apenas para dormir e tomar banho, o apartamento nos serviu muito bem! Possui ótima localização no Flamengo, numa rua tranquila e segura de se caminhar, com farta opção de comércio, serviços e constante movimento de moradores locais. Bem próximo está o metrô estação Flamengo, o parque e a praia do Flamengo e a Praça São Salvador, onde sempre tem feirinha e movimento de música. A cozinha é pequena, mas tem o necessário pra fazer pequenas refeições. A Mônica foi bastante solícita, respondendo sempre nossas dúvidas. Não tenho reclamações, foi uma ótima hospedagem!

Maravilhoso

O apartamento estava impecável quando chegamos, tudo bem limpo e organizado. A portaria é 24hrs com porteiros solícitos e gentis, além da proprietária estar sempre disposta para nos atender. O bairro é incrível, com mercados, bares e praças, tudo muito perto, a rua do apartamento é calma e ótima para família, mas para quem quer curtir a noite tem muitos bares nos arredores.

Gostei bastante do lugar, um bairro bem tranquilo, eu moraria por ali sem dúvidas kkk perto de tudo.. bares, super mercado, farmácia, praia, pra quem não tem preguiça de andar da pra ir há vários lugares a pé.. A casa é otima, quando chegamos achamos até que tinha ar condicionado, não dá pra sentir tanto o calor lá de fora, os porteiros sempre bem educados e solícitos.. tirando a cama de casal e o sofá que achei um pouco desconfortáveis na hora de dormir, fora isso gostei bastante ❤️❤️

Aluguei o apto a trabalho, fiquei 20 dias e super me atendeu, a região é bem tranquila em qualquer horário, tem mercado, farmácia, pracinha, praia , restaurantes tudo muito proximo. Os porteiros uns amores. A Anfitriã um amor de pessoa, sempre solícita. Com certeza em uma outra oportunidade irei entrar em contato novamente. Obrigada pela estadia.
