Good but...

Great location and nice easy hotel. However beware that it is really noisy. You can hear the noise from the tram and on the weekend we stayed there was a show so noise all night and a sport event with loud music early morning . Great view from the balcony

I stayed just over 2 weeks and really enjoyed my stay. The facility appears new and modern, with a beautiful rooftop patio. The room was beautiful: daily housekeeping, confortable bed, great water pressure - no complaints. I also enjoyed the location, very easy to take the bus or subway to outside tourist spots but also getting a more local experience in the centro area. It is close to Lapa - the party district (sometimes music can be heard at night so I would bring ear plugs if your a light sleeper). Next door there was construction, and they worked at odd times and were very loud (this was the only inconvenience but this has nothing to do with the hotel). Otherwise, everything was perfect and i felt safe as a solo traveler.

Peguei o quarto mais simples e, ainda assim veio com uma varanda grande , e uma vista linda entre o Aeroporto e a parte mais central do Rio. Hotel limpo e cheiroso, funcionários cordiais. Simples, porém moderno, ambiente acolhedor e humanizado. Me surpreendeu positivamente. Nota 10.

Hotel ok!

É a segunda vez que fico em hotel da rede B&B e, nas duas vezes, tive problemas com ar condicionado. Nesta, o ar do nosso quarto não funcionava e pedimos auxilio. Foi resolvido mas, ao desligar o ar, o problema retornava. Tivemos que, por orientação da recepção, deixar o ar ligado full time, apenas mexendo na temperatura. Qdo funcionava, gelava bem, mas foi um desgaste. Banheiro esquisito, com vaso sanitário em uma porta e chuveiro na outra, ambos com vidro praticamente transparente. Chuveiro super bom, cama confortável e café da manhã (pago a parte) bem farto. Ao redor do hotel, não tem nada...mas é bem próximo do aeroporto. Ficamos para um evento no Aterro e a logística foi otima.

Estadia na Maratona do Rio

Atendimento cordial da recepção, cozinha e funcionários em geral. Acomodação ok, cumpre o papel, localização próxima ao centro com fácil acesso. Para nós que estávamos na Maratona do Rio, a localização foi ótima, pois fica a poucos minutos de caminhada do evento. Comércio do entorno é pouco, não há opções de supermercado ou farmácia tão próximas e alguns poucos restaurantes por perto, que chegamos a ir a pé durante o dia. À noite, preferimos escolher em outros locais e ir de uber. Um único ponto de melhoria na acomodaçâo (501): o box estava deixando passar água por uma fresta da porta, o que acabava molhando bastante a área externa. No mais, nos atendeu muito bem.

Ja e a segunda vez que nos hospedamos, eu e minha mãe de 90 anos. A recepção e o segurança que nos recebeu dia 13 a tarde, foi atenciosa com elevador e bagagem. Ja na manha seguinte dia 14 de junho, nao tivemos a mesma sorte, a recepção escutava musica alta ( 7 h da manhã) e nos ignorou. O segurança depois que tentei utilizar o elevador p cadeirante sozinha, venho auxiliar. Falta total de empatia com idosos!
