It was clean but it felt antiquated and the beds were not very comfortable..although it was just three blocks from the beach it was close to the entrance of a favela. The pool was very small compared to the picture..and had a scrubby look...breakfast was good and the internet is very poor ...

Not the best neighborhood especially for tourist and for restaurants. Hotel is old. It is clean. I was told to wait until 2:00 for check in when I arrived at 10:15, finally got room at 1:20. Restaurant was very inexpensive but also very slow. They charge for water.

The only positive thing about this hotel is its location. Check-in took almost an hour, which was very frustrating. The breakfast was exactly the same every day, with no variety at all. The elevators were extremely slow, and we often had to wait a long time just to get one. Overall, the location is the only reason I would consider staying here again.

The worst experience of my life at this hotel. Horrible service. The hotel sells itself with photos, but don't be fooled; the photos aren't of the hotel. The hotel is old, the rooms smell awful, and nothing works. Everything is antiquated, and the manager, named Rene, is a person with no respect or manners when dealing with customers. If I could, I would give it 0 stars. Horrible experience!

This was my third stay here. I did not like the room they gave me. There were only four power outlets: One in the bathroom, one in the corridor close to the entrance, another reserved for the TV, and one reserved for the A/C. The A/C one was closest to the bed. If I wanted to charge my phone while in bed, I had to unplug the A/C, & sit/laydown on the edge of the bed. It was an uncomfortable experience. Luckily, I did not need to use the A/C during this stay. If I come back, I'll bring an extension cord. I also learned their guest policy has changed at the worst possible timing. Due to past drama, only registered guests are allowed in the rooms now.

Las habitacion tenía un olor muy malo el aseo es horribles, muros manchados pisos en mal estado el hotel solo tiene buena ubicación y el personal es amable pero el resto es malo... pedí que me cambiaran de hanitacion solo me enviaban una persona a limpiar pero el Inodoro aun tenía siempre olor a orina muros con hongos desepcion.

Limpeza e localização são mto boas, café da manhã excelente, mas na acomodação faltam cuidados. Colchão velho e deformado(mole demais). Luminárias do banheiro enferrujadas, placas usadas nas paredes do banheiro descolando. Tv com sinal ruim, com chuvisco. Tinha feito uma segunda reserva num quarto superior antecipado e no dia q era pra trocar n tinha o quarto por falha da gerência e n foi ressarcido. Ainda aguardando contato deles como foi passado por eles e já faz 5 dias.

Geralmente eu não costumo fazer avaliações, mas em respeito e alerta aos demais clientes, que eu sempre leio as avaliações, resolvi fazer essa: 1. A reserva era para 4 pessoas. Um casal e duas crianças. O atendente da recepção (muito enjoado) me disse que nenhuma suíte teria uma cama de casal e duas de solteiro. Questionei então por que aceitaram a reserva nestas condições.
