My shower did not have any hot water. When i went to the front desk they said there was nothing they could do about it. My room also didnt have a blanket. The toilet also has a lot of issues

Absolutely TERRIBLE. They claim to have parking, but its only about 20 spots and the cars can't get in or out freely without playing puzzle and removing all cars that are blocking the ones in the front, garanteed parking was the only reason we chose this dump. DIRTY! The towels and sheets have stains, the floors are sticky, everything inside the rooms are falling apart, dirty or stained, and I mean everything. The location is terrifying, people defecate and urinate on the streets, the restaurants around the area have roaches, we did not feel safe (pay the extra money and stay elsewhere). The one positive is the breakfast, simple but good.

Os quartos precisam urgentemente de uma reforma nos pisos. O quarto superior é razoavelmente melhor do que os debaixo. O cheiro do cigarros nos outros quartos invade o corredor! Ponto bom é o custo benefício e a moças do café da manhã que são bem simpáticas.

A depender da localização do quarto o wi-fi não pega. Faltou cobertor, e o que me forneceram era muito ruim; até os travesseiros são contados. De positivo, o café da manhã é bom e os funcionários são bastante educados.

Café da manhã deixa a desejar (bolo comprado seco, poucas opções, nenhum item interessante ). Limpeza do quarto pedi várias vezes… fiquei 4 dias e tive q quase “implorar “ p limpe quarto e trocar lençóis e toalhas. De resto foi bem de boa… atendimento da recepção bem de boa… no geral o hotel é bem limpo. Sugiro no foco a atender o hóspede (achei que estavam focados em apensas deixar o quarto limpo para quem chega ) Melhorar é muito pc age da manhã , não precisa ter tantas opções, mas as que tem acredito q no mínimo tem q ser bem feito.

Atendimento muito bom, porém os quartos apresentam umidade e mofo crônicos com diversas manchas pela parede. Café da manhã muito bom e possui garagem, pelo valor pago, de uma maneira geral, ainda assim valeu a pena.

A única coisa boa do hotel, foram os dois atendentes. Atenciosos e educados. Mas o resto?! Horrível. Na primeira noite acordei com muitos bichos na cama, parecendo carrapato. 3h da madrugada mudamos para outro andar ( primeiro) só mofo, quarto com infiltração. Péssima experiência.
