35sqm property divided into living room, bedroom (suite), bathroom and kitchen. In the bedroom you have a double bed and a single bed, ceiling fan and split air conditioning, as well as a bathroom suite. In the living room there is a comfortable double sofa bed, 2 armchairs, SmartTV, folding table with 4 wooden chairs, ceiling fan and split air conditioning. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, cooktop stove and basic cooking utensils. Social bathroom in the hallway. Basic cable TV and Wi-Fi included in the price.
