"The staff are okay the service was okay the problem was mainly the condition of the hotel the upstairs sauna smoke was going all over the floor the hallways were dripping... the elevators and hallways smelled like strong cleaning products but we smelled also burnt food and the bathroom in our room"

"The view of Copacabana Beach was spectacular! The view of the city and even Sugar Loaf in the distance. Roof top bar/restaurant very nice too, right next to the infinity pool. We had room 2007 on the 20th floor. Breakfast buffet excellent too! Lots of items."
