The beach and boardwalk are 2 blocks away. The staff is very helpful. There are many dining and shopping options nearby. The restaurant at the hotel is very overpriced. The room and amenities were very good!

5 min walk to Copacabana Beach. Near lots of stores and restaurants. You can book tours directly through the hotel and they make it super easy for you. The bar and pool on the roof has a great view of the beach. Rooms and a bit outdated but it was a quick overnight stay so it wasn’t a big deal.

Staff was good and excellent response to issues. Clean. Good restaurant inside. Problem was wifi cut out often so dropped calls and had access to internet issues. I was able to pay for a 6 hour late check out fir one of my two rooms.

This hotel is great if you enjoy hearing what every other single guest is doing in their room, and I mean everything. Also, if you like the sounds of toilets flushing and showers running all night, then you are in luck. The staff will be sympathetic but ultimately do nothing since every single coffin of a room seems to be as bad or worse.

This hotel was amazing! I was nervous after booking it as i saw a lot of bad reviews. The rooms were clean, the staff was amazing and the location is perfect! Carlos at the front desk upgraded our room and made check in a breeze. The roof top pool is also amazing. I definitely would recommend this hotel.

The cleaning service was poor, they did not replace toilet paper what’s was not enough, the did not replace towels. Also the mattress was horrible and old. The front desk staff was good when I checked in but the next day staff was rude and did. It tried to help me and my wife at all. So finally I had to get another hotel reservation and the Windsor plaza did not refund me at all. The are that this hotel is located is very dangerous and I’ve never seen so many ugly people on the square feet in my home life. I lot of homeless around. I did not felt my sect and my family safe at all. It was a shame. Well if you are looking for a nice stay and good treatment DON’T STAY AT WINDSOR PLAZA HOTEL.

The property is awful, located close to a Favela in Leme so it is dangerous, when you approach the receptionist they have a really bad attitude and they are not willing to provide info of the city, if you ask, is it dangerous? They say… just as a regular large city. The bedrooms are small and the beds are really uncomfortable, never replaced the soap so you need to buy in the stores nearby… they sell the property as 4 stars not even qualify this as 2 stars… AWFUL EXPERIENCE

Old hotel. The rooms don’t seem to have been renovated in decades. But it’s clean and service is good. Nice rooftop with pool. Buffet breakfast was good.
