"Two staff members went above and beyond, however all of the others couldn’t hide displeasure with having to wait for us to use Google translate to communicate. We consistently did our best. (When you work in hospitality, wouldn’t you expect that?) There is no area to sunbathe in a clothing optional space. The description felt disengenuous once we determined this. Building is not modern or updated, but is very very basic. Fun parties on weekends though. "

"As meninas da recepção são mto simpáticas e solícitas, quarto bem limpinho, e confortável na medida do possível. Ficamos só uma noite pra ir na bienal, ficaria lá de novo com certeza. "1ª Avisamos que chegaríamos após às 2 horas da manhã e não tinha ninguém para atender, ficamos do lado de fora por um bom tempo. 2º Falta de informações e sinalizações distribuída pela pousada. 3º As camas são péssimas, não tem sabonete e o box não possui blindex ou alguma proteção. 4º Café da manhã razoável e a tapioca é paga, só que avisaram depois hahahhaha... "Very friendly staff, super helpful and patient since our Portuguese is close to non existent. Everyone one was so helpful they accommodated a special request to decorate my daughters room with balloons for her birthday while we stepped out and we were over the moon with how they set up and even provided a cake and a small gift. From the lobby bar to the pool area place was clean, food was delicious. Every question was or concerns were immediately taken care of. Even setting up tours or cab was promptly taken care of. Had a great stay definitely where I’d stay again when I visit."
