O hotel oferee um bom custo benefício, só tive problema na saída, reservei pelo Hotéis.com e o pagamento já estava acertado, porém no check-out me informaram que deveria realizar o pagamento direto com eles e as condirções foram diferentes, tive que pagar em 1x, sem poder dividir o valor.

Hotel bom para uma estadia curta, funcionários da recepção sempre bem solícitos e profissionais. Ponto positivo ao recepcionista da noite que no meu check in conseguiu me trocar de quarto e andar para um onde já me hospedei e o conforto era bem bom e ainda deixou em sistema a minha preferência para futuras hospedagens. Não sei o que houve mas o café e o leite servido atualmente está fraco, ralo, parece que colocaram água para render, lastimável. A Limpeza do Box é impecável, nota 1000 comparado com famosas redes pelo mundo a fora, mas deixa a desejar as janelas dos banheiros.

Quarto pequeno e simples. Cama levemente desconfortável e com "emenda" (duas de solteiro) mal feita. O problema maior foi o chuveiro, não esquentou de jeito algum, mesmo abrindo ambos os registros separadamente! Café da manhã ok, nada de mais.

Último caso hospedar neste Hotel.

Existem hoteis melhores, simples mas com uma qualidade fora do comum em Rio do Sul. Este hotel é ate limpo, mas o que adianta um banheiro limpo no piso e paredes se as janelas então mofadas, cheias de fungos e uma crosta nogenta. Lastimável!!! Café da manhã p ser uma cidade do interior deveria ser impecável, mas deixa a desejar. Cuidado com o golpe da recepção, reserva realizada atraves do app Hotels.com na opção parcelado, no check-out por ter extendido mais uma diária, fora cobrado tudo a vista.

De todos os lugares que me hospedei nesta viagem, este foi o mais caro. O quarto é pequeno, a porta do banheiro não fechava. Não há ducha higiênica. O pessoal é simpático e atencioso. O estacionamento é fácil. Talvez haja carência de hotéis na cidade.

Hotel com bom conforto no quarto (ar split, tv cabo, cama muito boa, chuveiro bom, frigobar, wifi). O que deixa a desejar é a localização (às margens de rodovia), aparência externa, isolamento acústico, café da manhã. Minha principal preocupação era com o ruído da rodovia, mas não tive problema, deixando o ar ligado e o quarto não sendo muito na frente. Era sábado para domingo, quando tem menos movimento na BR470
