"Beautiful location, there were 9 of us and we were all very comfortable, plenty of room and beds. Big, beautiful porch to watch magnificent sunsets over the Frio River. We spent most of our time in the water. There are many stairs to the water but once you are down along the river, it is gorgeous! Great place for families! Host was wonderful in communicating with us along the way. Highly recommend!!"

"We were very happy with our stay but there was an ant problem. Lots of ants throughout the main house but even in the kitchen and in the cabinets, etc. Also, the fridge needed a good cleaning. But otherwise, everything was great annd we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"
