Es la quinta vez que me hospedo en este lugar, lamentablemente cambiaron de administración y los administradores actuales nos insultaron, nos trataron de manera déspota y prepotente, no tienen sentido de atención al cliente, cuando nos quejamos de su trato en lugar de pedir disculpas sólo se limitaron a decir que si ya no queríamos estar ahí que nos fuéramos... Fue algo muy lamentable y triste porque me gustaba llevar a mi familia de vez en cuando...

Tenía un poco de desconfianza por algunos comentarios negativos acerca del servicio, en mi experiencia fue totalmente lo contrario, un excelente trato de recepción, el personal de limpieza. El temazcal increíble y la piscina. Sin duda me volvería a hospedar ahí para un viaje rápido y cercano.
