"This is a lovely hotel, clean, nice decor and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Also nice co-working space with great music. It’s right in the middle of the action on Poblado, which is great for walking and to get to other places, but the music and clubs start in the early evening so if you’re not into night life it might not be for you. I was on a high floor and use earplugs so I could manage decently. Thank you for the nice stay!"

"Location is great connecting inside one of the best malls, Breakfast buffet so delicious, fresh, hot plates, fresh juices, fruits, great coffee, wellness food station, pan de bono, buñuelos fresh bread, staff Alex remarkable service, Espíritu restaurant on the top floor is one of a kind, we had so many dishes the coconut rice wow! Live entertainment that made us stay in property, room service food amazing too and all amenities, spa, gym, bars, shops, lovely views from pool 20th floor and restaurant, taxis was the best way for transport everywhere fast and at the right prices, rooms was an executive suite with the most amazing view of the city, mini bar daily stocked, very clean and comfy bed and sheets, robes, slippers, very good pillows and comforters, all essentials toiletries available, fresh snacks, pastries and natural fruit infused water by elevator doors, security access to your own room floor, pretty good space, 5 star everything I would recommend it and I hope to come back to stay there again. "
