This place was excellent!! Free gym, sauna AND turkish bath! I dont speak spanish but Stephanie (manager) and staff took care of me like family! And the restaurant food 😍‼️ I cant wait to go back!!

Varias cosas : el nombre Luxurios Mountain nadie lo conoce , el sitio se llama hotel río verde, ni siquiera el portero del hotel sabia , duramos 20 minutos dando vueltas ! El apartamento tenía varias fallas , la puerta de la ducha no cierra , el secador de pelo estaba dañado, etc .etc. En el sitio donde nos registramos y nos dieron la llave dicen que no tienen nada que ver con las habitaciones de ese lado . Para completar hoy fuimos a desayunar y no nos atendieron porque nos dijeron que el restaurante estaba reservado por si unos futbolistas bajaban a desayunar , yo le envié una foto a la Señora Stefany Robles quien no se encuentra en el sitio y quien me dicen es la responsable, donde se ve el restaurante totalmente desocupado a la hora que tratamos de desayunar. En el mesanine que nos registramos dicen que ellos solo hacen el registro pero que ellos no tienen nada que ver con nada, bien extraño el servicio . Resumiendo , yo he viajado varias veces a través de Expedia pero esta experiencia fue terrible ! Ojalá hagan algo al respecto ! Yo tengo un viaje programado a través de ustedes a España y a Turquía y ya estoy muy asustado que vaya a resultar igual ! Saludos José Varón
