"During our week long stay at this beautiful property, my family and I had the most enjoyable stay. The owners and the hotel assistant were warm,inviting and very helpful. The food was also amazing. We had daily transportation provided (for a fee) to and from Medellin. The hosts assisted with corresponding with our excursions to get a closer pick up and drop off. "The most important thing to know is that you are not booking a hotel room. This is some kind of apartment within what seems to be a hotel. The main issue is that the hotel staff have virtually no power to help you with anything. Instead, they direct you to talk to the owner of the apartment.
