"Lovely home located on Sparkling ponds winery property! The house has 3 bedrooms (all queen beds) and 2 full baths with a nice size kitchen (with so many amenities), dining room table for 4 and another area for 2 to dine. The kitchen bing room has a nice layout and the first room as you enter the home. We also enjoyed the gas grill and outdoor dining table. "It was a lovely setting for groomsmen pictures and breakfast for the guys for the morning of the wedding. I, personally, enjoyed the sunsets each night (Thursday & Friday). The only drawback was the stairs with 2 - 89 year old parents who needed something to hang onto when going up and down the steps. The curve was a bit challenging. Other than that, it was a very comfortable house with lots of room."

"We enjoyed our stay at This Place Rocks. The house was very nice and the view was absolutely amazing! We loved relaxing outside and spent a lot of time watching the lake and listening to the waves and the waterfall. It was only about a 15 minute drive from Presque Isle."

"Grandkids loved the waterpark. Grandparents were impressed with the breakfast staff. They kept the food stations full, quickly cleaned tables, and were friendly. Front office staff went out of their way to help us with questions we had. They truly seemed interested in making sure we had a good experience. "

Surprised, not in a good way.

"All was good til evening. The spotlight outside our window shone onto half of our ceiling prompting up to close the blind (taking away from our Lake view). The a.c. worked well but made distracting loud sounds (sometimes). Remember,, we were there for a week, The toilet emitted strange smells even though it appeared clean. No microwave. Having paid $1000.00 for our stay, I expected better !!!"
