Ripley's Aquarium of Canada

I thought it was a very exciting property, some uniqueness to the location and amenities. Beautiful restaurant, gym and pool. Even parking was simple, not always the case for a property in the heart of a big city. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.

The overall service was excellent. This includes the front desk, concierge, baggage assistance, restaurant and cleaning staff. The main onsite restaurant, Hemispheres is terrific and offers a great selection (including a daily breakfast buffet) and outstanding service. There is also a second restaurant called “Lai Wah Heen” on the 2nd floor. This is a Chinese fine dining restaurant that introduced us to dim sum high tea. This hotel is located close to the Eaton Centre (including a market and Canadian Tire) as well as the St. Patrick train station. Keep in mind that this is a Chinese Friendly Hotel (CFH). Something we discovered during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit at this excellent hotel and applaud the hotel staff.
