"The hotel was set back from the street. You enter through huge wooden doors and then walk through a courtyard and up a set of stairs to reach the hotel. A notice on the building inside the courtyard with the hotel's name would have been nice. It is confusing. There was a receptionist at the front desk who spoke little english.
