LOFT along the Seine

Located on the banks of the Seine in the eco-district of Ris Orangis, this loft of 155 square meters with a very high ceiling was formerly a mill and an ammunition factory.

It consists of a very large main room (living room, kitchen, dining room), a large suite and a secondary bedroom. Each room has a bathroom. A scullery and a laundry room are also accessible.

The space is very bright and has 360-degree windows. The bedroom and living room are oriented Seine side where you can observe the barges down or up the river.

The RER station D de Ris Orangis is less than 1 min walk and connects the center of Paris in about forty minutes.

The loft is located on the first floor and is accessible by a very big staircase or an elevator.
