"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - the building itself is beautiful, immaculate gardens with lots of seating areas. Our room was spotless with wonderful views of the castle. Breakfast was varied and delicious- all the staff were fantastic- so friendly & helpful with any questions. "Great location. Right on the water's edge and across the road from the ferry terminal. Breakfast had a great variety. Only minor thing was no toilet roll holder in the bathroom, and make sure you ask about the Trentino guest pass (they didn't offer it at check in) which gives you free/discounted tickets for things like public transport and certain attractions. Staff super friendly and helpful. Would happily return."

"We really enjoyed this hotel. It's not in the center of town but easily walkable. especially along the lake. I really liked the walking trail to the lake and the bike path to the lake. The staff were always helpful and available. Loved the pool and the poolside service with tasty and reasonable snacks. Breakfast was good! I had a spa treatment that was excellent. This has been a hot summer and the AC worked well. I would stay here again for my next trip to Lake Garda."

"If you're seeking a top-notch, beautifully-managed and serene hotel in the Lake Garda or Trento region, look no further! You will find a scenic location with a backdrop of impressive mountains and rooms looking over its own vineyard and olive trees, just a walk of several minutes to the lake and the downtown of the charming, low-key Riva del Garda (a lovely town with great history, as well as a connection point for the Lake Garda ferry). The immaculately-maintained hotel is first class in every way: uniformly friendly and helpful staff, breakfast to easily match those of the most elegant hotels, several superb restaurants, inviting pools and grounds for relaxing and an excellent spa. We found the clientele to be mature, quiet and respectful. Mr. Nicolli obviously set out to establish a property that could be considered premier on the world stage, and he surely has succeeded. We surely will return!"
