Peaceful hotel with excellent service

Cute and peaceful hotel with excellent service. Staff are exceptionally hospitable and friendly. Conveniently located right next to lovely white sand beach. Adjoined restaurant serves amazing food.

Chambre propre et spacieuse. La baie vitrée devrait être plus epaise car on entend bien les voitures qui passent. Personnel agréable et aux petits soins pour les clients. Le petit déjeuner très bien et très bon. Le bain à remous et la piscine non utilisés car il faisait fraîs en cette saison automne.

Très bonne expérience, mais perfectible

Très bon hôtel avec piscine (libre accès) et jacuzzi (30min) . Personnel accueillant et agréable. Nous avions la chambre appellé "cozy". Très fonctionnelle, amplement suffisante. Je regrette l'absence de bouilloire et j'ai trouvé le lit un petit. Les murs ne sont pas très épais donc on entendait notre voisin ronfler durant 2 nuits.

Personnel à l'accueil extrêmement aimable. Propreté irréprochable. Quelques réserves cependant : notre chambre était située juste en haut de l'escalier à droite au dessus de réception. Beaucoup de bruit car mauvaise insonorisation. Toilettes très exigües dignes de toilettes pour enfants. Buffet de petit déjeuner correct hormis les couvercles des plateaux pas du tout pratiques et surtout pourquoi nous imposer BFM tv quand nous sommes en week-end pour nous reposer ??? Bizarre pour un 3 étoiles. Merci pour l'accès gratuit 30 minutes au jacuzzi.

Je recommande pour un week-end en couple

Nous sommes arrivés le matin avec mon mari. Nous avons eu la chance que notre chambre soit déjà prête. Julien a été un hôte parfait, très aimable et accueillant. Il nous a fait conseillé des itinéraires de pistes cyclables. L'hôtel a un parking privé payant et un parking à vélos gratuit. Des parkings gratuits sont disponibles autour, dont un juste en face de l'hôtel. C'est dans celui qu'on a laissé notre voiture tout le w-e sans problème. Nous avions réservé une chambre Cosy. Elle était effectivement un peu petite mais suffisante pour un couple. Elle était très propre également. Le placard était assez grand pour pouvoir y placer nos affaires. Le lit était très confortable. La douche manquait peut-être un tout petit peu de pression. Nous avons eu un peu de mal à trouver un juste milieu entre l'eau très chaude et l'eau très froide. Les toilettes étaient aussi un peu étroites. Mais elles n'auraient pas pu être plus grandes vu la taille de la chambre. Nous étions au rez-de-chaussée. L'insonorisation est effectivement à revoir. Si la porte séparant l'accueil du couloir des chambres n'est pas fermée, on entend tout ce qui se passe à l'accueil (ça résonne). On entend également ce qui se passe dans la chambre à côté, notamment quand la douche et les toilettes sont utilisées. En résumé, je recommande pour un week-end en amoureux. Le plus de l'hôtel : le personnel qui est aux petits soins.

Bon rapport qualité prix et central

Très bon rapport qualité prix. Nous y avons séjourné à 4 au mois de mai (encore en basse saison) Le positif: La piscine est bien. Petit balcon tranquille. Central. Pas loin de la gare. Personnel sympa. Le négatif: Un peu déçu de l’état de la chambre. Il y avait de la rouille sur le réfrigérateur. Les finitions de la chambre n’étaient pas parfaites. Je le recommande tout de même.

Chambre décevante et non conforme au descriptif

Chambre confort très décevante : lit en 140, salle de bain pour PMR, dysfonctionnement de la climatisation. Aucune solution proposée par le personnel de l’accueil lors de l’information de ses dysfonctionnements. Nous sommes d’autant plus déçus que nous étions venus dans ce même établissement il y a un an et tout avait été très bien… et c’est pour cela que nous avions décidé de revenir. Pas sûr que nous renouvelions l’expérience une 3ème fois.

Bon séjour mais un peu trop bruyant la nuit (baignoires qui se vident à 3h00 du matin par exemple) À quand des douches dans toutes les chambres ? Préparation du petit déjeuner dans une salle qui faisait ampli et où il n'y a aucune porte pour couper le son.

Excellent séjour. Amabilité de la part du personnel, jolie chambre en rdc. Restaurant de grande qualité avec un service de grande qualité. Le chef nous a concocté une cuisine très savoureuse !

Extérieur positif - Chambre négatif

Séjour en couple, 1 nuit. Positif : - La piscine extérieur est superbe avec le jacouzi très agréable - La propreté est irréprochable - Le personnel est très serviable Négatif : - Le lit est une planche de bois !!! Très mal dormi. - La climatisation fait un bruit énorme, avec comme des gouttelettes 10 min par heures.. - Une chambre standard, vu sur l’arrière cour (autant dire les poubelles du restaurant) - Balcon 1 personne, un peu juste. L’extérieur est très bien entretenu, nous n’avons pas tester le petit déjeuner et le restaurant.Pour le prix d’une chambre, une nuit la qualité du lit est impensable et la clim beaucoup trop bruyante, dommage. Rien à dire sur la propreté.
