Studio with terrace 250 meters from the port

Cross the bridge and come and stay in this charming studio in Rivedoux-Plage. Close to the ocean, your stay promises to be rejuvenating. Located just a few metres from the port and its northern beach, you can take the opportunity to learn kitesurfing or simply stroll and breathe in the scent of sea spray.



Come and fully enjoy your holidays in the garden and on the house terrace, a beautifully decorated cocoon where you will love to linger around breakfast or comfortably read while lounging on a deck chair, without forgetting to savour good marinated skewers cooked on the plancha. Then take your bike and go swimming in the salty water and relax on the hot sand. A bike rack is available in the courtyard.



It's the ideal place for a romantic getaway or a duo trip, the interior is charming, bright and cosy, you'll find a kitchen equipped with electric hobs, a refrigerator, a microwave open to a space where you can share good meals. Once night falls, you'll just need to unfold the 160 cm sofa bed and snuggle up for a good night's sleep.

To make your stay even more pleasant, you'll also find a bathroom with a toilet, a hairdryer and a television.



Parking is free on the ground located opposite. The laundry is shared with the owners, but you will only need to access it to fetch the vacuum cleaner or the mop.

Excellent séjour

Logement très agréable meublé avec goût, fonctionnel, bien situé. Tout à côté : des travaux....... Nous aurions préférés être averti. Le propriétaire est à l'écoute, nous avons rencontrés des problèmes avec la TV, il a réagit rapidement.
