"Everything was great. Just an overnight, but when you arrive late nad tired you do not want issues and there were noe. Clean, quiet, friendly and informative staff. She (and I wish I caught her name) was an excellent front desk representative! I have done customer service for 40+ years, she was an A+ Thanks"

"We did a one night staycation as we had dinner at the Patterson which was amazing. The hotel is easy to find, has beautiful and clean grounds and easy parking. Great vibe all around and very friendly staff. The only thing that could be better is more storage/closet space for hanging clothes and there were no hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels. Not sure if it was due to the type of room we had as ours seem to be fully handicap accessible."

"The only issue that I had was that the tv remote was broken, I called the front desk about it and one was never brought. The mirror is the bathroom is broken on the corner which takes away from the quality look"

"FINALLY!! We found a stay with a working 'fabulous' hot tub. It was a wonderful perk and much needed after a long day of hiking and running around. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. Breakfast was well prepared and hit the spot. Little small area to get the food but it was good. Highly recommend this hotel."
