"4 day stay and only one working elevator that was braking down all weekend. Room keys deactivated had to get new room key. "

"This stay was a mixed bag for us. We really enjoyed the pool. It was a good temperature, but the hot tub was closed. Breakfast was excellent and well-stocked. The staff was helpful and friendly. The daily cleaning of the room was good, but it needed a good deep clean. The ceiling fan was filthy and there were old spider webs on the ceiling of the bathroom. Our shower didn't work and we discovered that late."
