"Absolutely loved this hotel. Was amazing staying in one of the floating rooms on the river and the scenery was so beautiful. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend renting a car as it is about an hour outside of Kanchanaburi city so having your own transport gives you more flexibility "

"Amazing service from all the staff. They were all really friendly and helpful and even helped us with a late check in (closes at 10pm which we didn’t realise). The breakfast in the morning was amazing and far exceeded our expectations. The restaurant was also really nicely decorated and clean and had an amazing view. "The location directly at the river is quiet and beautiful, however it is long drive away from the major sight seeing spots in the area. The resort and its cottages look nice and well maintained. Minor shortcomings: Limited choice of breakfast, no room cleaning, service staff is confused (no overview of reservations, food ordering will be rechecked 3 times before preparing) and doesn't speak English."
