"The lobby is nice. That's it. The room was filthy. The furniture was falling apart. People were hanging out in their cars in the parking lot. There was a woman smoking crack literally right outside my room. We left and stayed at a different hotel. I went to the front desk and told the attendant I was checking out no less than 10 minutes after I checked in. No apologies no refund. "

"Everything was great, but the only discrepancy that I have is when I went to sit the sectional came apart I quickly notified the front desk But other than that it was a great stay"

"Super convenient location near the Golden 1 center. The staff are nice. Plenty of parking on the property. Will definitely stay again especially when we go watch games at Golden 1"

"Fun stay aboard a river boat. Right in the heart of Old Town Sacramento. Easy walk to downtown Sacramento. Great location for Kings and A's games, or the train museum. Friendly staff and a nice bar."

"Staff was pleasant, floor seemed to have only been dry swept. Not great if you have little ones that are crawlers as mine got grey from being on the floor for a short time. Parking close to room was great. "

"Hotel very comfortable and great staff. breakfast and dinner were just ok. Valet parking was very challenging. Had to circle the block three times before there was a space to pull in for valet."
