"The house was very clean, well stocked with kitchen and laundry necessities, and the host was always quick to respond/check in. The house is in a super convenient location with a metro stop around the corner. This all fit our needs for a small family, 3 day DC getaway."

"Location was perfect."

"Great location, super nice host!"

"Beautiful place, modern and updated. Close to concert venues. Saving this spot for future stays!"

"We had a wonderful stay here, the apartment was very comfortable and you can't beat the convenience of having a parking space plus a short walk to the metro."

"Everything was exactly as described. Host was very responsive to my questions and checked in several times during our stay."

"We had such a wonderful stay! The place was very cozy, clean, and located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. We felt comfortable from the moment we arrived, and I really appreciated how attentive Mr. Jon was in checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay."

"Great unit near American University. Very clean and spacious, large living room area with a couch and small washer/dryer within the unit, along with a kitchenette, and has a separate bedroom. Appreciated the host provided a couple of bottles of water complementary. Only things to note are the bathroom is very small, toilet comes right up to the shower area (no bathtub), and lighting could be better in the bedroom. Location is great, safe area and about half mile from Tenleytown/AU metro."

"Really close to EVERYTHING!!! very nice accommodation :) "

"The neighborhood was quiet. Easily accessible to nearby shops. The beds are fairly comfortable, but very low to the floor. The only real negative, is parking is scarce. "

"Beautiful spot, nice location and well appointed. "

"I very much appreciated the ease with which I was able to arrange for the stay, make a change when I needed to, and get in and out as I needed."
