"For being posted as a 100% smoke free environment, the elevator smelled of smoke, and when getting off the elevator on the 2nd floor you got accosted by the smell of pot. Long term stay tenants sat right outside the rear door smoking so you couldn't get away from it. The cleaning crew tried to adjust by using too much cleaner making the floors sticky"

"No breakfast even though sign says there is a breakfast. Rooms smelled like smoke, sheets stained, pillows were thinner than a stack of copy paper, mold in the bathroom, could hear every noise from other rooms, shower handle wasn’t attached. Was absolutely disgusting. "

"Great location near the casino. Very clean and well equiped. Quiet, safe neughborhood. Plenty of dining/ shopping choices near by. Owner was great with communications. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again if i go back to Portsmouth."

"Very convenient! Quiet area, big fenced in back yard! My kids loved the game room. The location was perfectly central for our plans for the week! The kitchen floor had a little something sticky on the floor but I just wiped it up. Other than that it was super clean and way above what we hoped!! Thanks so much. We had an amazing time!"
