Excellent stay at the Hampton Inn. Staff was friendly and the room was very comfortable. My only suggestion would be to extend the breakfast to 10am on weekends. Especially Sunday morning.

Comfortable room, a small but much appreciated swimming pool, and a very good complimentary breakfast. I didn’t want to pay $23 for parking so I parked right on the residential street next to the hotel with no problems. My one complaint is that the windows in the room didn’t open (I have a strong preference for fresh air).

For some reason, the entire parking lot was unavailable. The only parking was over a block away or you had to valet park. Parking was 15-30.00 and you could not access your car once it was parked.

There is a music club right outside our window. The crazy loud music lasted until 2am!!! I wasn’t able to fall in sleep at all. Parking is more than $30 /night and I feel guilty not tipping the employees who help get my car from the valet. Breakfast is nice.

No more on site parking available
The Hotel parking is condamned for construction, parking is now offsite at the nearest public parking. Elevator in that parking is out of service currently. The hotel is charging the same price for parking than before when it was on site, which makes no sense. Valet parking is offered at $33/ night !!

Wild child concert!
Nice quiet place. Newer hotel breakfast was delicious. Parking not so good construction in the area took away the parking lot for the hotel. Additional parking was one block away. Had to pay for that!

You shouldn’t have to pay for parking
Hotel and staff are great ! It’s in a great location. The only downfall is parking, even if you valet just so you can check in and drop your stuff off and then leave if you come back after the valet hours and you have to self park you still have to pay for the valet price !

This is a brand new modern property with great amenities (including beer and wine on tap in the lobby). The parking lot is large and fenced which made me feel very secure walking my dogs and is very helpful in this area where parking is difficult to find. Right next door to the Food Lab which is an amazing food court consisting of gourmet start ups.

Likes: 1. very close to Riverside Convention Center 2. clean 3. quiet hotel - you don't hear other doors closing in the hallway from your room Could be better: 1. parking for $23 a night not worth it. Can park 300 yards away in some nice residential streets for free. Clear rip off at $23 2. Breakfast is ok on the first day but it is very similar every day and gets old quickly

Coffee for guests: nice! Courtesy breakfast: awesome! Exercise room: nice! Walking distance to mission inn and shops: cool! Only down part is breakfast cutoff time is early. 10 am would be better and minimize food waste!

Wow we were very surprised that we had no room service for the 4 days we had stayed there When we asked for room to be clean by phone or in person (at FRONT desk) they responded as sure but ..... we had to give them 24 hour notice .... we were ok with that Guess what they NEVER cleaned our room WOW NEVER AGAIN WILL WE STAY THERE! At the front desk we asked about our service before we left n checked out There response was we never ask for a 24 hr. request The left hand and the right hand don;t communicate at this place wow never make any reservation at the Hampton as we visit our family more then 3 times a year!

My only complaint is that the receptionist didn't give us 2 keys when we checked in. There clearly 2 of us, and you need the key to park, to get into the hotel ant night, even to use th elevator.
