This is more of a long term family friendly hotel. Was noisy all night, could smell everyones dinner cooking, could smell smoke inside. Everyone hanging out on the side and back of the hotel like it was a back yard. There was too much going on. The room itself was clean.haside

The hotel inside was very clean and appeared to be well maintained. The room was very clean, well appointed and had a full kitchenette. Beds were reasonably comfortable. Front desk staff were friendly but the desk is not manned after 8pm. There is a fee if you lose your room key and require assistance after the desk is closed. The parking lot and surrounding areas were heavily trafficked with many occupied cars and people hanging around and there is a large number of homeless people in the area. Parking permits are giving for vehicles and parking is free but there is no security patrolling the property.

- Friendly Staff - Check room before front desk closes @ 8P - BED too low to ground, unstable and uncomfortable (ADA room but not safe for elderly, handicap or children) - Large lighted parking but lots of activity since it’s a non-smoking facility

The rooms and interior facilities are as immaculate as always. The staff is as professional as I remember. For the most part, my stay has been quiet and I feel comfortable keeping to myself. I wish the exterior facilities, especially where the furr-babies go, was kept cleaner but I take the good with the bad and I am satisfied with my overall experience at the Woodspring Suites Moreno Valley. Unfortunatey, in my experience, all Woodspring Suites facilities are not created equal but Moreno Valley never fails to satisfy.

Family love it here

Nice place to relax. It's quite and convenient especially with laundry room and gym. Love the fact that I can cook in room.
