"I don’t often write reviews although I stay in hotels at least every other month. I feel like this “hotel” is totally misrepresenting itself. It’s definitely way more of a VRBO. The primary function of this building is condo/ residential living with a couple of the units available to book as “hotel rooms.” As such, although the location is excellently situated in the town, there is absolutely nothing going on in the actual hotel. Literally NOTHING. No restaurants or bars, no amenities, it’s unbelievably quiet, we barely saw another soul for the 2 days we stayed there. We attempted to check in early on our first afternoon, the front desk employee seemed like this was a request that had never been made before. She took my phone number to text me if a room became available but never even asked my name so I assumed (correctly) that I would never hear from her. We inquired about parking in the garage while we waited for the room to be ready. Again this request was barely even acknowledged with a vague “it’s probably full, just stay on the street.” There are plenty of other fun places to stay in Coeur d’Alene, if you want any type of activities, stay there instead. The suite itself is large but the actual bedroom is tiny with no room for luggage. Housekeeping only every 3 days. And they charge an extra $30 per day for use of the hot tub which seems ridiculous. Overall I do not recommend this “vibeless” hotel."

"Staff was extremely helpful giving us a new room when the locks on the door wouldn't function. Breakfasts were effectively non existent until the weekend and even then it was not of quality. We were there 5 days and it did not get restocked from one day to another. Cookies and popcorn in the evening were good. Pool was chlorinated but needed a good vacuum. We will look elsewhere in town that we would try before we go back to this one."
