We are right off Bangerter Highway, central to Downtown Salt Lake City and Silicon Slopes in Lehi, Utah. 30-40min from 6 World Class Ski Runs!

Full-time owners live upstairs on-site and generally keep to themselves, but we are available on the mess thread witha quick response time.

You have an off-street parking space up near your entrance as well.
Super Fast and Reliable High Speed Internet is included, and cable TV in the Living-room Television.

You have the entire downstairs private space! 1500+ square feet. You have a dedicated parking spot directly out front and can use the Hot Tub as well, which is always kept hot and clean!

The full-time owners live upstairs and would love to say hello, but generally keep to themselves. We provide two white noise machines to ensure tranquility during later hours,s although the owners upstairs are very quiet.
Club Mud is the onsite Pottery & Ceramics studio and store located on the property in the adjacent building!

Utah has a high desert climate, and as such, there are house ants, occasional harmless spiders, or Box Elder bugs that are usually seen more during seasonal changes, such as going from winter to spring or vice versa. As responsible hosts, we have agreed to a pest control contract with Uintah Pest Control to service all our properties. Sightings are rare but are possible. An occasional sighting is not considered a reflection of the cleanliness of the property.
Note: The residents upstairs have a friendly dog. From time to time, you may hear the sound of the dog going in and out of the house. Quiet hours are strictly observed between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM, ensuring a peaceful night’s rest. 1) LOCALS MUST MESSAGE US BEFORE BOOKING.
2) Occupancy limits: We do not allow more than 4 guests in or this listing or on the property at any time, violation of which will result in the removal of all guests from the property immediately without refund. You also agree to pay for the `additional guest fee` associated with your reservation if applicable (just because it can sleep up to 4 doesn’t necessarily mean it`s all included in the nightly rate). You understand that this is located in a nice family neighborhood, and you agree to be respectful of noise and quiet hours. 10 pm-8 am.
3) This is a self-check-in property: You certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions that are being provided by Airbnb through the house manual or check-in guide. You can find our house manual and check-in guide here on the Airbnb platform on our listing. You also agree that you will not contact your Airbnb host BEFORE reading the house manual and the entire listing.
4) Fees: There is a minimum $200 per day fee for every day of your booking if it is found that you have been smoking on the property. There is a minimum $100 LATE CHECKOUT FEE if you are there longer than you have been authorized, as our housekeeper charges us in such a case. You further agree to compensate the host/co-host in full for any financial loss that is suffered as a result of breaking the rules set forth.

7. Alterations/Changes: Once you have confirmed your booking, any modifications to the dates or guest count may be treated as a cancellation and therefore be subject to the cancellation policy. Host retains the right to charge for lost dates you have removed, with an alteration at least partially to the discretion of the host.

9. Children must always be supervised by an adult on the property and especially in the hot tub.
10. We don`t allow guests less than 21 years of age

The property manager was accommodating, and the space was very clean and homey. Much better than any hotel I could’ve stayed in in the city, it met my needs perfectly
We were in town with some friends for a long weekend and Cammie's place was exactly what we were looking for. It was clean, had plenty of room and the hot tub was awesome for relaxing after a day of golf. Will definitely stay here again for our next trip!
The house was spacious and beautifully decorated. It was a good location for our visit with family. Camie was very responsive to our emails. We would definitely stay again.
It was gorgeous and so clean. It was very hot, so when we came in and it was nice and cool it was wonderful ! The only thing we didn’t like was the noise from upstairs, it was just slight noise til the morning of checkout and then it was a lot. We loved the place though and will be staying again!!

So happy we chose this place. One of the best places so far for our girls trip. Easy access, super clean, and supplied everything and more for our stay. Close to everything and a nice quiet place to return to after a long day of hiking/site seeing. If you’re looking for a place to stay, look no further.
Comfortable, Well-Equipped Stay in a Great Location
My first time in Utah, and this was a great place to stay! The host was responsive, and the property was clean, quiet, and well-equipped—with a full kitchen, clean linens, recliner sofas, and even an extra bed.All the places I wanted to visit were close by, and the stay was budget-friendly. Just a note: the rental is in the basement of the main house, which wasn’t a problem for me but could be good to mention.I wish I had time to try the on-site pottery classes! Overall, a 5-star stay—I’d happily return.
We appreciated that it was clean, spacious, organized, and provided perfect amenities. We wanted to go to the pottery class but we were too busy. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
The apartment was as advertised. Clean, comfortable, and well stocked with linens, cookware, etc. Hot tub was nice after a day on the slopes. Great value for the money!
We used this place as base camp for our daily trips up Little Cottonwood for skiing. Clean, modern and the requisite hot tub. Very pleased with the full kitchen and little helpful details like spices and butter around to use, real wine glasses etc, perfect for stay. Great place as long as you can just ignore the little junk yard (Utah whyte trash?) next door.
My husband and I stayed for two nights with our three kids. Very nice basement apartment! Plenty of towels and extra blankets. Convenient washer and dryer. Good water pressure and hot water for the shower. Everything worked well, and we enjoyed the hot tub! Thanks!

In town for a 50k race and this was the perfect place. No problems finding the house (although Google Maps tried its best to keep us missing it), the hosts were fantastic, and the hot tub worked as advertised.
If you struggle with stairs or a somewhat high bathtub, take that into consideration, but the kitchen supplies were great, the layout was perfect for relaxing/socializing, and I got a better night's sleep here than I do at home, with was pretty shocking. Recommend.
Our stay at Montague Manor provided us with a homebase to visit family and friends in the vicinity. Accommodations were excellent including comfortable beds, plentiful kitchen cookwear, dishes & spices, clean and plentiful linens, roominess in entire unit to visit yet have privacy. Access to washer and dryer was very helpful. We enjoyed the hot tub during our stay. Owners were friendly and available if needed. Access to the unit, including parking, was separated from the owners which created privacy for everyone. I will stay at Montague Manor again on another visit.

Parking is really nice, right out your door.
Home is in a really nice, quiet neighborhood.
Cons: Dogs upstairs bark a lot and often. At night they were quiet though. It wouldn't prevent me from staying again.
This property and host deserve all five stars. The apartment is in the basement of the host's home in a safe, quiet neighborhood. When you read "basement", don't let that put you off. There are windows that allow outside light in the living area and in each bedroom. There is a private entrance to the apartment and parking close to the door.
Check-in with the touchpad lock was easy. It is super clean, nicely furnished, located close to highway entrances, and the hot tub was lovely and well maintained. The gas fireplace gave a cozy vibe to the room when we were relaxing after a day of skiing. The host provides thoughtful extras such as thick terrycloth spa robes, a pantry stocked with basics like coffee, spices, and dish washer soap. We stayed for 2 weeks so we also really appreciated having access to the washer and dryer. I highly recommend this property for short or longer term stays.
The interior photos tell most of the story. The property is freshly remodeled and the host keeps it super clean, the kind of clean that a mother in law would be impressed by, I'm talking baseboards dusted kind of clean. Even though the property is adjacent to an arterial freeway, you don't hear the traffic in the unit, mostly because there is an excellent sound wall and the unit is below ground level. The unit has modern lighting that's nice and warm and a gas fireplace that heats it right up. This unit is perfect for two couples or a family that needs two bedrooms plus a foldout couch. Nice comfy furniture, tasteful art and a kithcen that we found not only well appointed but it had everything from spices to a popcorn maker. The neighborhood is family friendly, easy to access and near a grocery store and shopping. It's also accessable by secondary roads so you can avoid rush hour traffic. We plan on going back every year until we are too old to ski. I suggest you check it out.

The property was very clean and decorated very well. Not stated in the description, this is a BASEMENT apartment and all of the activities upstairs could be heard.There was wet laundry in the washer when we arrived . Owner was helpful with check in and getting settled. Location was good for us. The 12 night stay should have of qualified us for a free beginner pottery class which seemed like a fun extra due to the fact we have a ceramic shop. Two in person conversations and two calls with owners made us think it was settled. After arriving at the class was not free and even after scheduling was told there was no room even though there was only one person present and somehow needed experience for a beginner class. Felt totally blind sided and unwelcomed. Will not return.
