Nestled in the Lower Bocage of Vendée, in the immediate vicinity of the Piquet Chaos, an emblematic natural site and undoubtedly the most picturesque of the Yon Valley, this contemporary 5 villa invites you to a moment of calm and conviviality.



Ideally located equidistant from the Vendée beaches, the Poitevin Marsh and Puy du Fou, the house is situated in the heart of a 2-hectare wooded park WITH A POOL, in the midst of nature, with no overlooking neighbors.

The Exterior

The magic also works outside. The 2-hectare wooded park invites relaxation. Accessible from several rooms of the house, it is on the large terrace that we gather: garden furniture, barbecue... And the highlight: the 12 5 m pool (secured by a rolling shutter I heated as an option).

Séjour dans le bocage vendéen

Superbe séjour dans cette belle Villa et son parc remarquable. La piscine est géniale et les enfants en ont bien profité. Un vrai bol d air pur à la campagne dans cette maison tout confort sans oublier une escapade aux Sables d Olonne pour la Vendée Va'a à trente minute à peine. Je recommande vivement cette belle location dans laquelle nous avons passé un trés bon moment.
