"Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. L'hôte était chaleureux et accueillant. Nous avons eu quelques problèmes avec le Wi-Fi, et il nous a proposé un autre logement. Les chambres étaient propres et lumineuses. Il nous a également suggéré de mettre nos déchets alimentaires dans son bac à compost plutôt que de les mélanger aux ordures ménagères, comme c'est le cas ailleurs : 5 étoiles !"

"Excellent location with free parking right in the centre of Angers. Very nice buffer breakfast with lots of choice. Staff very helpful and friendly. No air com, fan wasnt very powerful but managed to sleep ok. Very good value for the price"

"Fantastic guest experience from arrival to departure. Location close to the autoroute. Plenty of free onsite parking. A very warm welcome from Margaret who was so helpful and kind throughout our stay. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and tasty. Very clean and comfortable bedroom with good amenities. We used the pool. Could t rate the place and the team any higher. Thank you."

"We neglected to get parking instructions, so we parked on the street and had to drag our luggage a couple of blocks. Ask for the name of the underground parking almost right at their door. I can't recall the name of the front desk guy, but he was the most delightful Indian young man. He saw us coming across the square, with me pushing a walker, so he ran down the stairs and carried our luggage up the stairs while my husband helped me up. He was the most caring, outgoing front desk person I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He spoke English with his lovely accent, apologizing for how rusty his English was. We were given two complimentary mocktails in the lovely bar they have, and met a bartender as charming at the front desk guy. Again, forgot his name, but he was Argentinian and spoke good English as wel. I loved the dark paint and wallpaper - very calming. In spite of being right in the middle of the action, our room was blessed silent. The tram station is right out front so you can just park your car and forget about it. We ate at the Brasserie du Ralliement occupying a grand old theatre just a few steps down from the hotel."

"Une catastrophe.Un logement réservé depuis décembre 2025 pour mai 2026 : L’hôte ne m’a jamais adressé de message en 6 mois à part le message automatique de confirmation.Je lui ai envoyé un message de confirmation de notre heure d’arrivée 24h avant : pas de réponse.Je lui ai renvoyé le jour même de notre arrivée un message par abritel un sms : pas de réponse.Quand on lui téléphone : le message dit que le répondeur ne prend pas de message....Nous n’avons eu accès à aucun protocole d’arrivée..Nous nous sommes du coup rendus sur place (2 familles : 3 adultes et 5 enfants) à l’heure prévue, 16h : personne sur place.C’est le voisin qui est venu nous accueillir, un peu surpris, et ne pouvant lui non plus contacter notre hôte qui n’était pas là, il nous a proposé d’entrer dans le logement.Le logement était d’une saleté impressionnante, et n’avait visiblement pas été nettoyé depuis sa dernière location : drap froissés et ayant servi dans un lit, miettes de pain sur la tables, traces et saletés sur les étagères du frigo, saletés et miettes dans le four, de la poussière en couche épaisse un peu partout.Aucun vrai ménage n’avait été fait et depuis longtemps.Les photos déjà ancienne signalant dégâts et dégradations sont toujours d’actualité : la carreau cassé n’a pas été réparé, le canapé est toujours rafistolé avec du gros scotch...Bref, face à la saleté repoussante des lieux et l’absence évidente à la fois d’un hôte pour nous accueillir, et d’un ménage effectué, nous avons"
