  • Discover this self-contained accommodation located in the attic of Villa Marie Carmen, recently renovated and set in a very peaceful environment. You will have access to a shared garden with the owner, who remains discreet so you can fully enjoy your stay in complete tranquility. The garden has been completely redesigned: the concrete wall has been raised and repainted beige, a large parasol provides a pleasant shaded area, and two gazebos have been added so you can make the most of the outdoors.



    Ideally located, the villa is about 20 minutes from the beaches, 5 minutes from the Rivesaltes shopping center, with access to the municipal pool nearby, and 35 minutes from Collioure and its surroundings. The train station is 5 minutes away, and a bus stop is just a 1-minute walk. Hiking enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to Canigou, about an hour's drive away.
