Riviere Bourbon Park

I prepaid for an EV parking spot because I needed to charge my car. However, when I arrived in the evening, my designated spot was occupied by another vehicle. I called customer service several times before finally getting through. They said they would ask the manager to coordinate, but the car was never moved. I then tried to park in another EV spot, but that charging station was broken, which left me unable to charge at all. It wasn’t until 10:30 the next morning that the Volvo—an ICE car that didn’t even need charging—finally moved. Fortunately, I still had enough range to drive a few kilometers to charge elsewhere; otherwise, it would have been a very scary situation. In the room, there were two heaters, and one of them was broken and not working. The bathroom has a glass window with only a sheer white curtain. It felt very unsafe when showering, as it was clearly visible from outside. Overall, the experience was very poor.

J’envois toujours mes employés en formation de l’extérieur loger à la Sainte-Paix. Ils sont ravis à chaque fois, decor magnifique, endroit chaleureux, charmant, avec de la personnalité, près de tout! On voit que tout a été pensé avec soin ♥️. Ok est ailleurs des autres hôtels.
