About this property

Villa with an extraordinary view of the tropical garden!

  • Only 20 minutes from the airport, the villa is located in a quiet area on the heights of Rivière Salée, 12 minutes from the most beautiful beaches in the south of Martinique.

    Absolute tranquility surrounded by lush tropical vegetation:
    Red Wood - Propagator - Bougainvillea - Balisiers - Alpinia - Birds of Paradise -
    Porcelain Rose where Hummingbirds come to delight.
    As well as several fruit trees such as: Mango - Soursop - Guava - Banana.

    Sunbeds are at your disposal at the swimming pool, salt treatment of 9 x 4 m totally private with an exotic wood deck of 80 m2.

    You can enjoy a ventilated and friendly courtyard of 50 m2 to take your meals and a very comfortable outdoor lounge to share an aperitif with friends with a direct view of the garden and the swimming pool.

    Access to the villa is either from the top (bedrooms) or from the lower side of the garden and terrace.

    The 120 m2 villa has been fully equipped since August 2021.

    Three air-conditioned bedrooms including a master suite of 16 m2 with private bathroom and toilet, equipped with hotel-quality bedding.
    A second bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower for the other 2 bedrooms.

    On the ground floor
    - A toilet
    - A fully equipped kitchen, fridge/freezer with fresh water dispenser, 1 dishwasher, 1 electric oven, a 4-burner hob (2 gas / 2 inductions)
    - A washing machine in the back kitchen.


    - A living room with 2 sofas, very spacious and ventilated with flat screen TV, DVD player. Internet access is free (4G wifi).

    Reception on site. Decreasing rate according to duration

    - For your comfort, we offer:
    Our welcome basket: Rum, fruit, fruit juice, coke, etc...

    - Breakfast the day after your arrival.

    - Bed linen and beach towels provided (fouta XL with a terry side)

Très jolie villa, bien équipée et joliment décorée.Échanges avant et pendant le séjour très bien.Accueil agréable avec attentions.Fabrice qui assure l’entrée et la sortie est arrangeant.Situation au milieu d’un magnifique jardin fleuri au calme donc un peu de route pour rejoindre certains spots.

Une maison de rêve

Bonjour, nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 10 jours en famille chez Murielle. La maison est tout à fait comme dans la description et les photos. Elle est espacieuse et conviviale, la cuisine est bien équipé, les lits sont très comfortables, la piscine est au top, et le cadre très beau. Fabrice nous a très bien accueillis. Allez-y les yeux fermés!

Merveilleux séjour dans une maison au milieu de la nature

Maison parfaite, chambre et douche propre. Extérieur à coupé le souffle. Nous avons passé un jour de l’an parfait en Martinique grâce à cette maison. Nous reviendrons c’est certain.
