"The room was good. But there was no hot water in the shower. It was still cold at the maximum setting. The room service was good"

"There was no electricity on the morning of 12 February — the power went out around 2:00am and had still not been restored when I checked out at 12:00pm to catch a long flight back to Australia via Dubai. As a result, I was unable to shower before departure or obtain a printed invoice (which I still have not received via email). I was also disappointed that no apology or explanation was offered by staff for the inconvenience caused."
