"It was a nice hotel for a taste of local culture. Although the place is dated, everything was clean. The check in/check out woman was very helpful and contacted a taxi for us anytime we needed one. It is close to shopping and restaurants. The downside is that you are not allowed early check in - we got in 5 minutes early but I wouldn't plan on that. We were allowed to use the pool while waiting and of course, the bar and restaurant right next to the pool. We stayed here at the beginning of our sailing trip and the end and that's the soonest we got our room. Because of luggage, we were limited on other options."

"This hotel is a hidden gem! The lady at the front desk was a jewel! I called her 3x before we even arrived to ask her questions about early checkin and leaving our bags with her before we could checkin. She was so pleasant and helpful. The room was spacious with the most awesome view of the water. We even had a little kitchen as part of the room. It was very clean, had a great ac unit, and the bed was very comfortable. It was a great location, close to 3 restaurants and with a 15 min walk to the ferry. I would highly recommend this hotel! "

She provided valuable info pre-trip and stayed in contact during our stay. She also checked our preordered provisions and picked up our missing items. AnaCapri Estate is even better than the photos on the listing. The views cannot be beat. The pool was a hit every afternoon and evening when we returned back to the house. We felt very safe in the area and just a short ride down the hill to Road Town. We will definitely return to AnaCapri Estate! "
