"Our single king room was clean, bright, and spacious. The complimentary breakfast was good and the onsite restaurant was very good. The location was ideal for touring Harper's Ferry. I would definitely stay here again."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was made to order. However, our room smelled like a pet had been in it. I had to ask for some air fresher to get the pet smell out of my room. The bathtub needed some repairs. I wish the rooms for pets were separate. I felt like because I didn’t have a pet I was discriminated against. I had to endure the smell and having allergies made it difficult."

"The staff, Andrew, was polite and courteous upon check in. Our room was very clean, but ended up being next to the ice machine and elevator which made for a VERY noisy night. Not sure why a room so close to those types of things is not more sound proof, engineering faux pas for sure! We enjoyed the hot breakfast, but it was missing simple things like pepper for the eggs and even something simple like honey for the coffee and tea that were available from the fancy machine. These wouldn’t deter us from staying again, but could easily be remedied."
