The staff as well as management were the most awesome people that I have had to deal with in recent years. I travel a lot for work, I stayed in a lot of hotels, this is one of the better ones that I’ve been in in a long, long time, any future trips to Roanoke Virginia will be spent here without question

Our room clean and cozy. Breakfast options were good, milk and scrambled eggs were either low or none. But everything else was very good. • our room was generally fine, but there was a weird stain in the bathtub that was not pleasant. • not really anyone’s fault, but since it’s right off the interstate it was very noisy with loud vehicles. • the common bathroom on the ground floor was filthy at 7am. very, very, dirty. toilet dirty and trash full to the top. breakfast room had zero ambience. the hot food was just lukewarm, and we were there right when it started as we had to get back on the road.
