    Wake up and be on the beach in seconds! the homes offer just this, footsteps from the ocean. Brand new 2 bedroom beach homes, designed with comfort and luxury in mind. Located in a vacationers residential area of 'Tropicana' next to Lawson Rock in Sandy Bay.
    Cleverly designed 'twin' homes with fantastic pool, beach at your doorstep and a dock for watching those sunsets.

    The main floors feature open plan fully equipped kitchens with breakfast bars, comfortable lounges with ocean views, half baths and even laundry rooms. A screened in porch with dining for 8 in each home - perfect for alfresco dining.

    The 2 bedrooms are located upstairs. Vaulted ceilings and natural light create airy spacious rooms in which to relax. The master offers a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom and even a private porch- the perfect spot for that morning coffee.
