Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Muy mal, cuando llegamos al hotel, nos dijeron que no tenían nuestra reservación y que no tenían habitaciones disponibles, por lo que fue bastante incomodo, por ser una temporada alta y tener que buscar otro hotel en el lugar, sin embargo la persona nos ayudo a buscar un lugar donde hospedarnos, por lo que no puedo dar ninguna informacion del hotel
