We inadvertently left a bag with both our laptops on the garage floor when we left! It was kept safe for us until we were able to return and everything was there. "Great service. Pleasant and helpful hosts. Especially, the lady who checked us in at evening and the evening barman, but reallly all of them. Room cleaned well, dailtly and cleaning ladies take note of the way we like things. They tidied the clothes we keft on footon. Breakfasts are tasty and pleantiful."

"Wonderful hotel in Turino! The staff is amazing and so helpful! Our room was huge and we had 20 ft high ceilings! Huge tall windows! Great view! Very modern and clean! The only draw back was the mattress on the bed was very hard/firm. I think this is becoming more common in Europe. But it feels like sleeping on the floor it is so hard. Being from the United States, I am used to plush, pillow soft mattresses. I had to take Tylenol and Aleve to get through the night, My legs and hips were hurting so much. But maybe other people like things more firm. "
