Welcome to Criterion Cottage — a beautifully restored 1856 settlers cottage, full of character and charm, perfectly positioned just behind the historic Criterion Hotel on Bagot Street.

• No Wi-Fi available at the property
• Wood is supplied only from 1 June to 30 September. Outside of these months, wood can be purchased locally from Robe Hardware (Mitre 10) or Robe Auto & Marine at the guest’s expense

Blending original heritage features with modern comforts, Criterion Cottage offers a warm and inviting atmosphere in an exceptional location. From here, you are just a short stroll to Robe’s town beach, boutique shops, art galleries, restaurants, hotels, and the local golf course.

The cottage provides a cosy living area with an open fireplace, rich in character, flowing seamlessly onto a paved courtyard complete with BBQ facilities — perfect for relaxed outdoor dining and entertaining. There are also glimpses of beautiful Guichen Bay from the property.

Accommodation includes 2 bedrooms, with a queen bed upstairs and two single beds downstairs, making it ideal for couples or a small family. The home also features a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom located on the ground floor.

Important Information:
• No booking will be accepted without a completed guest list and required details
• Credit card details are required for bond security

Pet Information:
Guests bringing pets are responsible for ensuring their dog is appropriately restrained within the enclosed yard. While the property is pet friendly, fencing suitability cannot be guaranteed for all animals.

Linen Information:
Bathroom and bedroom linen is supplied for all stays; however, only the required amount is provided based on guest numbers supplied at booking. If you would like beds professionally made prior to arrival, please request bed-making at the time of booking ($15.00 per bed). Guests are responsible for advising the office of any special bedding configurations required. If no requests are made, bedding arrangements will be assumed based on guest numbers provided. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.
