Welcome to Riptide. 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property offers a perfect blend of modern comfort and outdoor living, ideal for families or a group of friends. Riptide is located just 500 metres from Mahalia Coffee and only 600 metres from the Victoria Street, where there are a number of cafes and restaurants, a cinema, supermarket and retail shops to browse. There's even a couple of Cellar Doors.

The Space:
Riptide features 3 spacious bedrooms. The master and second bedroom have queen-sized beds and the other bedroom has 1 bunk bed and 1 single bed, perfect for family getaways or holiday sleepovers.

The master bathroom is a three-way design, giving convenience for plenty of family and friends and the second bathroom is easily accessible from the outdoor entertaining area.

Enjoy a bright, spacious and airy open-plan living and dining area, perfect for family gatherings and entertaining guests. The modern kitchen features a dishwasher, making clean up a breeze.

Step outside to a beautifully decked outdoor entertaining area with a fully-fenced rear yard, making it a perfect spot for barbecues or simply enjoying the fresh air. The lovely lawn area is ideal for children and pets and there's even a beach shower.
