wifi horrible and when we called down staff ignored us and was left on hold for hours. Gave up. Light over vanity in bathroom didn't work and light cover had mold on it. shower handle cover was falling off. Not many dinning or entertainment options available (monday night though).

Hotel was kind of run down, but they are renovating. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable & A/C was COLD. Room was a King Smoking but it was SO FAR away from everything! We don't gamble, promptly lost $15 bucks, so ate at the Burger Bar (Reuben, fries, chili-cheese bacon fries, and nachos). The Justin Hinsin Band in the lounge was good, drinks were $5 for beer and wine. No microwave in the room and no good TV channels. i was using up Caesar rewards visiting family, but if I was spending $ I'd pick Gold Strike.No coffee in room. Asked for it, got the machine and no coffee. Spent $ at Starbucks downstairs both days. No perks. They do not have housekeeping & you have to go down to the front desk to order towels. Only 2 towels for 2 adults with long hair. Resort fee for nothing as per usual in Tunica.

Horseshoe Hotel and Casino

The staff was not friendly or helpful, room was real dark, top of headboard was full of dust but the mattress was comfortable. We were given only 2 bath towels and one hand towel. Water pressure in sink was so low that hard to even wash your face. We were given 2 rooms and both had only views of a flat roof. Air conditioning was good, will not stay at Horseshoe Hitel and Casino again.

My first room: There was mold in the refrigerator and dust on the lamps. Bed had spots on the bed skirt. Second room was better but also needed a deep clean. Casino and staff were nice.

23rd Anniversary Celebration & wasn’t disappointed. Everyone was friendly from hotel, casino, & restaurants. The live entertainment was amazing. Only thing I would say is the rooms need a microwave. We had leftovers from restaurant & no way to warm up it rioom.

The property was beautiful and well kept. Check in was easy; however although I requested a non-smoking room, I was given a room that wreaked of smoke.. Upon check in, he did indicate most all rooms have a smoke smell, but I find that hard to believe.
