About this property

Architect-designed villa in the heart of the Luberon, blending nature, design, and the art of living

  • Welcome to Robion, in the heart of the Luberon.

This architect-designed villa of 144 m² has been designed as a holiday home in its own right: contemporary but warm, elegant without being ostentatious, open to nature and designed to fully enjoy the sweetness of Provençal life.

Installed on a 1,000 m² wooded plot, the house offers a peaceful setting on the banks of the Carpentras canal, near the cycle path. It is an ideal starting point to discover the emblematic villages of the Luberon, the Provençal markets, the wine estates, the landscapes of Provence and the many outdoor activities of the region.

A house where architecture meets the warmth of materials

The villa is distinguished by its contemporary architecture and its carefully worked interior.

Here, there is no standardised holiday home decoration. The spaces have been designed in a modern, warm and timeless spirit, with particular attention to materials and details.PGJyPg
Wooden parquet flooring, cement tiles, raw wood, wrought iron and quality materials make up an elegant and authentic atmosphere. The volumes are bright and the different spaces have been designed so that everyone can find their place, whether it is to share a meal, read quietly, enjoy the swimming pool or simply take the time to live.

The villa is spread over two levels, with comfortable and functional living spaces.

    Outside: Provence as a backdrop

The 1,000 m² garden with trees is a real extension of the house.

In the heart of the garden, a swimming pool dressed in natural stone invites you to long summer days, between swimming and relaxing moments in the shade of the trees.

An elegant wrought iron pergola brings a real signature to the garden. It creates a shady and friendly space, ideal for lunch, a morning coffee or extending the evenings outside.

The petanque court brings that resolutely Provençal touch that naturally accompanies the end of the day over a drink.

A small vegetable garden completes the garden and contributes to the spirit of the house: a lively, simple and authentic place, where you can slow down and enjoy the essential pleasures.

The property also benefits from a privileged location on the banks of the Carpentras canal. The proximity to the cycle path makes it easy to set off by bike to explore the surrounding landscapes, without necessarily having to take the car.

    A real professional gym

Because holidays don't have to mean giving up your habits, the villa also has a professional gym.

A dedicated and equipped space for those who wish to continue their training during their stay, or simply enjoy a session before starting a day of exploring the Luberon.

Robion, an ideal location to discover the Luberon

The villa is located in Robion, in the Vaucluse, at the foot of the Luberon.

Its location allows you to enjoy both the calm of a residential environment and the exceptional richness of the region.

From the house, you can easily explore villages and sites Stroll through the markets, cycle along the small roads of the Luberon, discover the local producers or simply sit under the pergola and enjoy the sun.

Gordes, Ménerbes, Oppède, Bonnieux, Lacoste, Lourmarin, L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue and the villages of the Luberon valley are all destinations to discover during your stay.

Gastronomy lovers, wine, hiking, cycling, architecture or simply beautiful landscapes will find here an exceptional playground.

A house designed to live Provence

This villa is above all a place where you come to take your time.

    Have breakfast under the pergola.

Take a few laps in the natural stone swimming pool.

    Go cycling along the canal.PGJyPgPGJyPg
Play a game of pétanque at the end of the day day.

Enjoy a dinner with friends or family.

Do a sports session before going to explore the villages of the Luberon.

    Or do nothing at all.

The house offers this rare balance between contemporary architecture, comfort, nature and Provençal authenticity.

Whether you want to spend a few days exploring the Luberon or simply treat yourself to a quiet break, the villa has been designed to make the stay as pleasant inside as it is outside.

A place to discover Provence, but above all to enjoy it to the fullest.
