House located next to the mountain and the Cofio river with excellent views. It is a very quiet place located two kilometers from Robledo de Chavela.
My house is located at the foot of the mountain. The setting is beautiful just for walking. There are also hiking trails where you can enjoy a very beautiful landscape.

It has four rooms, two of them with private bathroom (with shower and bathtub). Another room is a small studio with a small kitchen and a double bed, as well as a private bathroom with a shower.
It has a large living room and kitchen. All this gives the garden area, still very rural, in the process of improvement. Despite this it is very beautiful and the views are beautiful.

It is an ideal place to enjoy with family or groups of friends.

  • El Escorial was built by King Philip II in the late 16th century to serve as both a royal palace and as the seat of the Catholic Church in Spain. In addition to the palace the complex includes a basilica, a convent, a school, a library, and a pantheon. While El Escorial is impressive from the outside, we actually found it a little austere on the inside. In many ways it felt more like a fine art museum than a typically elaborate European palace (such as Versailles). That said, there are some impressive sights, including works by El Greco, Bernini, and Giardini. The library was also quite beautiful, with richly carved wood shelves, a marble floor, and a colorful fresco ceiling by Pellegrino Tibaldi. For me, the highlight of the tour was the 180ft long (55m) Hall of Battles – a barrel-vaulted room where the walls were completely covered in frescos depicting Spain's military victories over the Moors and the French. All aspects of the battle field were portrayed (when you have 180ft, that is quite doable), and the artist employed an interesting trick whereby the more distant, smaller scenes were less saturated, and the background mountains and landscape were set in hues of blue. Overall I'd say El Escorial is worth a visit, but you probably won't need more than a couple of hours to enjoy it.

Volveremos 100% seguro

Hemos pasado el fin de semana con unos amigos, y hemos estado muy a gusto. La casa tiene todo lo necesario para estar tranquilos y desconectar. Lo que más nos ha gustado es la situación de la casa, con las vistas a la montaña y muy aislada de otras viviendas, que si quieres poner un poco de música y no preocuparte de molestar a nadie viene genial. Sonia es encantadora y estuvo pendiente de todo, incluso vino a abrirnos cuando nos habíamos ido dejándonos las llaves del coche dentro! Repetiremos, sin duda.

Casa y anfitriona perfectas

Pasamos un fin de semana por una fiesta de cumpleaños 12 amigos. El espacio es suficiente, la casa es grande y con todo lo necesario para disfrutar. Salón enorme y un gran patio con sofá y mesitas para pasar tranquilamente el día al aire libre. Sonia la anfitriona, es un 10 desde el minuto uno, se vuelva con los huéspedes, puedes ponerte en contacto con ella en cualquier momento, responde todas sus dudas e intenta que todo esté perfecto y al gusto de los huéspedes. Es maravillosa. Una experiencia de 10 cerquita de Madrid.
