"Very noisy hallways and doors slaming until 3AM"

"Canceled my reservation an hour after check-in while I was already 2.5 hours into a 3.5 hour drive for my daughter’s Nationals competition. I booked months in advance through Expedia. They claimed they were short staffed and overbooked. The manager, was unapologetic and told me to “book somewhere else.” When I explained we were traveling with a baby and were one hour away, he threatened to hang up on me for “yelling” when I was simply upset. Another parent from our team arrived and was told the same thing. She also said the property looked rundown, smelled like cigarettes, and had panhandlers outside. Canceling reservations last minute after check-in time is completely unprofessional. The lack of accountability and customer service made it worse. Would not recommend."

"Property was not as nice as described nor represented in pictures. Place needs a serious overhaul. AC in main bedroom was aloud window unit which required ear plugs to sleep. This was in addition to the noise of cars zipping up and down the street. Front windows in main living area did not lock which did not give one a great feeling given neighborhood a bit on the rough side. At least there was a off street parking."
