"Très bon séjour en Ardèche"

"We zijn gebleven voor 1 nacht en daarbleef het bij algehele indruk slecht niet schoongemaakt veel spinnen webben en als we er vragen over hebben dan. Krijgen we als antwoordt dat dit bij frankrijk hoort.zwembad op de foto is niet daar aanwezig maar vijf minuten lopen en sterk vervuild. Veel zaken in de gite zijn kapot bij binnenkomst wordt er nog snel een lamp grplakt met contact lijm. Bij het verlaten van wc breekt de klink van de deur. Niet sporen van vorige huurders nog zichtbaar in de keuken...

It would certainly benefit visitors if there was a manual at the property, giving you instructions on how to use the hob, washing machine and procedures for recyling & rubbish disposal. "The facilities of this hotel are really nice (restaurant and pool) however our room needs a renovation. The carpet was so dirty we did not want to take our shoes off. Our room had a faint smell of cigarettes (maybe from the old carpet). Otherwise this hotel is really lovely and the staff were really kind! "

"Stayed 3 nights. Staff were excellent. Buffet breakfast was good value and had lots of variety. The evening meals were high quality. The room was spacious and had everything we needed (apart from a kettle). We are travelling by train so we found it very convenient for the bus station. Be aware that there is no food Sunday evening, but McDonald's is across the road. Will certainly stay in Ibis again."
